Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and costs
• Work with construction team to meet project goals on time and within budget
• Manage contractor and owner relationships and ensure quality of work performed by employees
• Work with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure all requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records of all activities for each project and prepare change orders as required
• Work with internal teams to ensure quality of services provided (i.e., customer service, billing, and accounting)
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

Duration: Direct Hire (permanent)

Salary: $70-90k annually DOE
